Awards Program that recognizes organizations committed to creating healthy workplaces
The event honoring all finalists took place on May 30, 2019, and recognized a cross-section of
industries from private and not-for-profits in the medium to large group categories for its
commitment to positively impact the health of their workplace.
This award showcases employers who focus on employee’s health and wellness and are nominated based on the information gathered by the South Florida Business Journal and data provided by Springbok. The success of the wellness programs was decided after evaluating six key categories: leadership commitment, communications, and marketing, foundational components, strategic planning, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics.
